Keegan Shepherd

Keegan Shepherd is a writer, historian, and artist based in Brooklyn. You might know them from their work on the Cruising the Movies and Ask Any Buddy podcasts; their fiction, essays and art; their old research on standardized testing; their zines Technically English and You Know, I Don’t Know; or gossip about them on bathroom walls.

At various points in their life, Keegan has been a history instructor, union organizer, policy advocate, Excel jockey, and rather halfhearted dom. They have finished a short story collection about their home state of Florida and are now working on a new fiction manuscript
